Clay Braden
PARTNER
Realtor | Agricultural Economist | Land Specialist
Clay Braden is a native of Wall, Texas, and a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Applied Economics with a Minor in Animal Science. He went on to complete a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics at Texas Tech, focusing on partial budget analysis. That academic foundation gave him a deep understanding of financial modeling, land productivity, and investment analysis—all of which play a critical role in evaluating ranch and rural real estate. Clay has used those skills to successfully grow two West Texas-based businesses and has continued that success in real estate over the past four years.
Growing up on a farm in Wall and a ranch in Hondo gave Clay a lasting appreciation for the value and potential of real property. He brings that perspective to every deal, helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions grounded in both market insight and economic practicality. Whether clients are investing in a legacy ranch or selling a family property, Clay works to make the process smooth, strategic, and rewarding. He is always ready to help clients navigate the unique opportunities in West Texas real estate.
